The founder of Gallimore Catering, Lee Gallimore has been head chef at a a variety of Cheltenham's destination restaurants over the years. He worked in several high-quality Cotswolds establishments before settling in Cheltenham in 2010, including Lower Slaughter Manor, Chelsea Square, Monty's, The Greenway and Cowley Manor. It was at the latter that Lee got the chance to work with esteemed development chef Mark Hix, and was sent to train at Mark Hix's Chop House in Farringdon, London. His love of food has led to the creation of Gallimore Catering, providing the South West with high end produce at affordable pricing.

Seasonal and sustainable

We try to keep our menus as seasonal and sustainable as possible. Everything is made fresh on-site each morning (bar bread and pastries) and all our takeaway packaging is 100% compostable.
